Awesome staff, you are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in. The spoghtlight area is amazing, and Victoria is extremely helpful!
I had a problem. Customer service was understanding, efficient and handled the problem quickly and thoroughly. High praise for a big company that takes care of the little guy.
The people who work in this store are very helpful, hard working and great however there is not enough of them to go around. I have no idea how they maintain the calm as that store is so busy and crazy with the recent shut down of the azusa store. I hope they get more people soon because of course customers were aggravated for long lines and not being able to ask general questions as again no extra people available on the floor. Everyone working there is super BUSY.
Went to the Glendora staples yesterday to get help with my Kindle. Allison helped me much. She listened to my problem and did everything to help. Staples is lucky to have a staff member who is So great. I will be back to this store!
I'm here at the Glendora Staples now and I can wholeheartedly recommend this store. I came in needing craft paper, lamination sheets, and 5x7 composition notebooks. One of the sales associates: Miguel, helped me find everything but the composition books. Turns out, 5x7 composition books are harder to find than I thought they would be! Miguel and the store manager, Adolfo, went to bat for me and called as well as searched online for the notebooks.
