Customer service was terrible. Not customer friendly at all will not be going back!!!
I just sat on hold for 25 minutes waiting for somebody to answer a question for me. After multiple associates answered the phone and said "Staples how may I help you?" Each time I said somebody is checking on a price for me. After the third time I said please don't put me on hold again at which point they hung up. Terrible customer service I'll be visiting a different branch.
got a coupon for free water, went to staples to redeem it. I grab the water and got in the line, few customers in front of me and some behind me was able to get their free water, but I was accused by the manager that I came to the store multiple times and got many water already. the last time I was there was about almost 2 months ago. so I ask the manager to check the camera but she refuse to. if you don't want to give out anything free don't advertise it and give out coupons.
