The worst service I have ever seen. I had to make 12 copies in color and they couldn’t help me an hour before they closed. 3 useless idiots behind the printing counter stare at me and tell me that I need to leave the forms because they were too busy. Meanwhile not one copy machine was running. I ask for the manager and this prepubescent 13 year old manager went to check, only to get blown off by the 3 idiots. Inventory and the way the staff is so knowledgeable
Was in the store all of 10 minutes to make some copies. In that short time I was asked by 3 different people how to work the machine, where the cordless phones were and how much a copy was. Mind you I had on a dress, heels and a purse on my arm. I guess that's now the Staples employee attire ���
So I just wasted my time coming to this store. Tried to buy an assembled chair. They had no one to put it together and wouldn't have anyone to do it for 3-4 days. I offered to buy the display model and they refused. Salesman identified himself as store manager so no help there. Really horrid customer service in my opinion.
