Victoria Pinkston I live in Bronx, New York. The Staples near my home, is in partnership with UPS. This store provides one stop shopping and services for my community. But the employees at this store and UPS, are not trust worthy and honest. I securely packed a firm bubble padded envelope and trusted Staples and their employees to secure my package to be picked up by UPS. The price of photo copies are expensive. Sixty something cents plus tax on top of that, per copy.
No complaints Excelent attention. Good prices and quality
Came in here to purchase a Surface Pro 4. Nobody except the manager had any idea what to do. Even then, the manager was super pushy with the extended warranty. I come home to play with my new device, to find that the touchscreen doesn't even work, and then I realized that my device didn't come wrapped in the plastic it's supposed to come with. So not only were they extremely pushy, they sold me an open-boxed defective device as a brand new one. Fuck this place.
The lines were horrendous when I walked in but the wait went quickly. I was impressed.
