Price gauging of ink. We are parents home from work to take care of our children because of a virus killing people and you (staples), have raised the price of ink. Shame on your company. I have never paid this much for ink.

Needed some on the spot business cards for a house flipping realtor business and quickly for the Courts and Staples came thru on time
Used online shopping for the first, and last, time. Took 2 trips to the store to pick up, after receiving email saying it was ready. Both time had to wait before anyone would come over to the pick up desk. First time employee waited on 2 people who were behind me. Second time the employee didn't seem to know what he was doing. For a service that should save time, and having COPD making it difficult to breath in this weather, I would have done better just shopping for the items.
