took 15 minutes before someone could help me, then told me to go to different aisle only not to find what i was looking for, then i saw the guy again and i told him there was nothing there he said i'll be right with you never saw him again was there for 30 minutes didn't get anything
Finding things is really easy because everyone is willing to help you. But what really makes this staples the best is I had a low blood sugar. Dangerously low. And one employee ran and got me a chocolate bar and physically held me up until another employee grabbed a chair for me. Then the manager got me a Powerade and let me sit as long as I need to so my sugar came up. Multiple customers and employees kept asking if I was okay and it was amazing truly. Thank you to everyone in staples.
So an 8 page separator scans at $9.49 and all the supervisor can say is you have to pay it? Funny how you website advertises the same item for $1.99
So is it normal for customers to wait 10 minutes to pick up or even get acknowledged standing next to a register? Unprofessional and inefficient!
