I have used Staples Store for years, now I am stationed in Alamogordo N.M. and I can honestly say that this store has some of the most rude checkout employees I have come in contact with. The woman say they don't like the idea that they have to set aside time for customers that have Amazon returns. They say they are over worked, what has happened with work ethics and appreciating that they have a job? Leon was not very helpful with anything of my orders on Saturday morning just kept getting mad over me placing my order
Last month I took a passport photo in Staples. I took the package with two hard copy and soft copy on USB drive. I was a bit busy and didn’t have chance to check the USB drive. Few days ago, I opened the drive to save the picture and store another document into the drive. But I couldn’t find any picture stored there. Purchased new HP laptop it worked 1 day with no issues. Turned on a couple days later and had no wifi function. Staples wanted $170.00 to fix the problem. I will never do business with them again.

This location absolutely sucks! Long waiting time, poor customer service, and poorly trained employees! Steer clear of this awful store. It's no wonder the economy has gone to s**t!
Staples needs to get employees that know what they are doing. Got call computer was fixed. Went to get it guy working Sunday 11/20/2021 had no idea what he was doing. Kept asking me if my name was some other name than my name which I had to tell 3 times. Then working with me gets phone call and takes the call like I am not even standing at his counter.
