The service especially in the printing section is exceptional. The gentlemen there went above and beyond. And when I’m in panic I’m not easy to deal with. Very happy 😃
Every time you call it states they in able to take your call it is 11:30 am! This happens every time I call I have to drive there to get service
I ordered something online for in-store pick up and the order was pending for about two days and I never got a confirmation so I talked to the manager Matt Lemanski and he told me that four of my five items were in stock which were all the same item. He would not honor me at the online price that I had the confirmation number for and he just handled that very poorly as corporate direct when I tried contacting them also was very poor. they are very slow for repairing computers they promised my son by Monday and we are still waiting he had to leave without it i hope they have it done tomorrow before he leaves the state probably should of went to best buy

Great, clean store This store is clean with good selection and arrangement of merchandise. I had to wait at the copying desk for several minutes for assistance. The cashier service was fast.
