Very disappointing recent online experience. Inventory displayed on the site did not include an item I know Staples carries but I could order when I called an agent at the Staples 800 number. The bigger disappointment was in learning upon checkout that my Staples Reward account would not be credited for an online purchase. Two agents told me that happens only when purchasing in store. I went to my binder clips and they do not sell jumbo size clips in the store. For God's sake they are an office supply store. They have one job and they failed to deliver.
Don't expect to be in and out quickly if you need copies. I've never gone to the copy & print shop here where it wasn't a minimum 20-minute process
