Went into staples today to have Birthday invitations printed. I arrived at 3:05pm and waited yes they were a little busy but Elliot seemed to be the only one working! Then came Steven, he looked lost and not like he worked there because he didn’t ask anyone if they needed assistance, Elliot had to tell him to ask if we needed help. Prices are too High! And I had to try and find a location. There isn't one near my Home!
I am disappointed when a company does not honor its coupons. If you are not going to honor a coupon, then you should not create them.
Worst experience ever. Bought my dad a brand new suitcase well over $80.00. Had it 3 weeks it broke and I tried to return it. Manager turned me away and said go through manufacturer. I went to another store no problem. So upset management didn't want to do their job. And the 1st one I bought had to be used cause the new one had red tags
