I feel this is out of character for me to provide feedback this terrible on customer service however, the horrible experience I received this evening I feel warrants a post. I came in to have a print job of total of 8 sheets. Of the bat I already knew it was not going to be a pleasant experience because the first question I asked was about the quality of cardstock they had available and he responded he didn't know nor did he say he would try to find out.
