Highly disappointed. Ordered "business cards" online that were meant to be ready next day. Went in around 545 and the lady was very short and acted as if she didn't have time to help and when she did told me my order wasn't going to be ready til 830 so I left. Come home only to just get a call telling me there is no way they will have my order done tonight because of a handful excuses and they would call me when it is ready. The WORST customer service EVER!!! I normally order online with no problems. Today I had to call in because we have a rewards card with an expired date, although it clearly says funds don't expire. You apparently have to call in to get a new card issued every time the expiration date goes by. First thing that made me angry for the day. 2nd thing, my account gets passed over from one foreign woman to another who has to call me back to take my order.
