Management here is a JOKE. The cashier Rebecca had more customer service skills than either manager. Rebecca deserves 5 stars. She went above and beyond to help me with my online pick up & I hope she finds a better place for employment because she deserves to be recognized for her people skills! I like Staples they always have what I need friendly helpful staff!
The store can't seem to keep mailing tubes in stock. So I ordered them online as they suggested. HUGE MISTAKE. The confirmation emails said the order would arrive in 3 days, and I got the "it's been shipped, it's arrived" emails. Gave them an extra 24 hours, then went to the store to pick up the order. AND THE TUBES HAD NOT ARRIVED. So because I'm disabled and it's painful to get around sometimes, I called their help center, and they re-routed the UPS delivery to my home for Dec. 7.
