The service tonight at this Staples was horrendous. What appeared to be management (2 ladies) were unhelpful and came across as to busy to worry with a customer. I truly felt sorry for the young man who was trying so hard to make the best of a situation in which I had travelled from Richardson to pick up easels that another Store had checked and showed this store had 9 according their computer. These two ladies were quick to tell me the system is often wrong as things may have not been delivered...but seem to not want to ass... read more
I have had the best experiences with your copy and print center. Any time [which I think is maybe twice in 3 years] there has been a mistake it was taken care of within 15 minutes and any rush orders are always completed. Thanks for being awesome!
