Not cool Staples! I dropped off my computer for repair on September 2. I was told 4 to 10 days max. Today is October 6. Not only is my computer not repaired, but no one can even tell me where my computer is or what is going on with it. By the way I have PRE PAID for the work to the tune of almost $400!! I have called every other day to the store and no answers. You guys pretty much suck.
