My daughter needed an orange binder. Other colors had a place on the shelf, not orange. A very nice gentleman ,I didn't get his name, asked if I needed help. Thinking there was no hope I asked for the binder in orange. He checked and there were none in the store. He said he could order it and I would get it the next day. I asked what time it would be ready for pick up. He said no I wouldn't want to inconvenience you. We'll ship it to your house no charge. I love Staples and I will tell everyone I know.
