RecommendedI came in hoping they'd have a printer drum in stock. Not only did they have it, but they also matched the price that Amazon offered. Amazon's could not ship it to me soon enough & I got it the same day at Staples for the same price. Staff alerted me to the price match policy & looked up the Amazon offer at checkout. Win/win!
I'm a second grade teacher. I went into the Milford store this evening and three separate people went out of their way to assist me in finding various items for my classroom. There were many items on sale for great prices.
Not sure if anything can be done but a customer in front of me at the copy machines was having difficulty make copies and when it was my turn to use the machine, it printed out her material and originally I thought my debit card had paid for it. She was gracious enough to provide me the $2 that was supposedly charged but I didn't realize that her card was on file until it was too late. I left the $2 with the department attendant in case the customer comes back. This happened around 5:30 p.m. today.
Appalling service in the copy print center. Staff poorly trained in customer service and directing customers effectively. Didn't know machines well.
This location sucks balls fat and lazy not a good combo
