Hector and Tony were awesome! Hector not only suggested for me to get a liquid screen protector but kept a smile and great conversation while the product hardened and became basically scratch proof! And Tony had some of the best customer service and one of the best spiels I've ever heard at a Staples! These guys rock!
I am at the store. 25 mins waiting to get helped at the print&marqueting services. NO ONE IS IN FRONT OF ME. It is like Im not even here. Customers are very angry at this situation. I been waiting, but this is ridiculous. There is a man that has been with the same client for over 30 minutes. 2 other working in the computers. How about the one standing in the line? This is my first visit and the last!
Please please please staff up your printer and marketing service! Every single day, at all hours, there are crazy long lines here while employees over at the main registers are just idling.
The store manager Mr. Parker was awesome and took my return even though the item was not in store and was online only. He made my day! Thanks
Went there yesterday wanting to purchase a new laptop. I had to ask at the front register and then wait for a "Tech Supervisor" come out from the back of the building to help me. He kept rushing me like he had other places to be. Mind you there was two other people in the store and the Manager was doing nothing to help. The deal breaker however was when I asked the Tech Supervisor if a laptop had bluetooth. He looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and then I had to define what it was.
