I was in Staples today to have my computer laptop looked at and the manager was so rude that I Won't Go Back. I purchased a one-year maintenance package and she could care less then I'm a good customer. this was at the store in West Lake Mead Parkway Henderson Nevada 89015 she supposedly was a manager I think she needs more training
Waited 30 minutes for order to be taken yesterday, the associate was nice but I stated I needed my order by Sunday evening by the latest, I was called at 330pm today to be told the wide printer was down and my ordered couldn’t be processed until MAYBE Monday, I asked why I wasn’t called earlier, the girl stated she didn’t know and I asked if the order could be transferred to another location, she said she doubted it but she would call another location. Staples is a great store to shop for printer ink. I know I can always find whatever I need there. However, last time I visited, the customer service rep, Julia P. was lacking dialog and pleasantry, not the way customer service reps should be. It sure put a damper on my day. :(
