I drove out of my way to this location because online said 4 available of the filing cabinet i wanted. Just to be told none available. how is inventory on a filing cabinet that off. clearly poorly run. never again will I shop at a Staples! this was the 3 location in 1 day and all where the same issue.
It would be nice if I could search on this page to find what I am looking for but all I see are reviews and posts and could not find a search.
I have been fretting taking my laptop out to be "fixed ", after I personally messed it up by trying to enlarge the font. I was concerned about cost and possibly loosing everything. Today I stopped by Staples to see if they could "fix" it, and in 15 minutes they had it back to normal. Thank you so much. And it didn't cost me a cent.
I wanted to say thank you to one of your sales associates named David. It is a rare occasion that I go anywhere alone any more, especially shopping. I have a rare autoimmune disorder that attacks my muscles and severely limits what I can do. At 36, I often face a lot of negativity because I don't "look sick". This young man followed me around and assisted me then helped me to my car, all with a smile.
