I don’t do business with no other staples than Madison. They are very professional and always helpful. Tonight they took time to discuss printers with me. I purchased this one.

Like the other two comments before me. I was not impressed with my first visit here. I couldn’t find a product so I went up to these 2 male employees in their mid-20’s to 30’s who were helping a customer so I patiently waited until they were done talking. They both saw me but didn’t even acknowledge me and both of them ignored me. Then one of them finally turned around and said, “Do you have a question?” in a very rude tone. No “hi”. No nothin. I took my laptop in for repair. It was in working condition. It needed a virus removed. Came back the next day to pick up a repaired laptop only to hear that it wouldn’t turn on at all for them. Yet it was on when I left. They gave me a different cord and removed the internal piece that covers the prongs where the power cord connects. Of course they won’t admit any of this. I don’t recommend staples repair in Dover DE. I won’t be returning to Staples for anything at this point.

I had the most WONDERFUL experience at Staples on south parkway in Huntsville Alabama. A very conscientious employee by the name of Daniel helped me so much to get my home office set up. He bent over backwards in the help I needed even apologized so much for the very slow delay it took for the office machinery to get to the store. I mean he went above and beyond to solve the problems I had once it came in. He is the epitome of the greatest service an employee could give a customer. Let’s just say that I found my experience ridiculous tonight just picking up some prepaid Christmas cards. After waiting in line to get to the register she wants me to get out of line to walk around all the COVID register ropes to a spot at the same counter 6 feet away. I think people are turning into robots and not being compassionate human beings. I don’t want to go back there. all 3 workers at the printing dept was very helpful, And the boss lady Allyson had my order done in record time I mean she went yo work on it for me. and I give her 5 stars. I waited almost 2 weeks for another company to do it and she did it in one day

We ordered our Christmas cards last Thursday for same day pick up. We came to the store Friday evening an hour after receiving an email that they were ready only to be told by the girl working that they weren’t finished & we could wait until 9pm for them. We live 45 minutes away so coming back isn’t the most convenient, but we decided to come back Monday(today). I arrived this evening to be told they still aren’t finished & I will have to wait.
