I've been here for the last 30 minutes waiting for a copy and print project. The staff can't get the job done without a long wait or hold up.
I love that Staples the store is very big and and people are very profecional
They really need to do better with their in-store pick up service. Maybe they all do, but the product is almost never ready within an hour and i have yet to go to any Staples where the item was ready and waiting for me when i got there. I'm in a rush today. This is a drag. I don't understand why this package isn't up front at the cashier waiting for pick-up, or some other specially designated place for customers to claim their orders.
The tech crew is awesome and special thanks to Joe Scott.. Great Service you guys!
