RecommendedExcellent service from the young lady with the cool tattoo at the fax center. You just have to read the signs on prices. All of the signs. I think they may have charged me a no stopping or standing fee.
I had all the help I needed at Staples today. The young man behind the counter even sorted out a few problems on my cell phone. I had no trouble at all.

I am an idiot, and I need everyone to know this first. See, in September I created my own invitations for my wedding and this Staples completely screwed them up when I printed them, as they couldn't even line the damn things up correctly. And as an idiot, what did I do? I decided to print my programs out at this Staples as well! What a dumb decision. I got 22 of the 52 I ordered. I just tried to fax something 3 times and it's not going through. Two other people attempt to fax and it's not going through. I explain to two associates that nobody has been able to fax and she replies, "yes people have faxed, it's working". Clearly if 3 people, back to back have tried to fax then something is wrong. Where are the employees who want to help, not in this dept. I am out of here and over to Office Max. RIDICULOUS

Staples has cheated us out of two rebates so far. If you are going to offer them, you should honor them. We sent you everything you asked for, in the time allowed, and were then told that we did not supply everything necessary for the rebate. So much for you.
Horrible to refuse to sell school supplies to people trying to help out less fortunate people... what a disgrace!!!
