Frustrated. Tried to call the store and all I am worthy of a an automated call. Tried to let them know that the toner I picked up from online order is incorrect and I can only get back tomorrow. I would have messaged but they don’t have that either. Ugh 😑
Went to Staples on Saturday, September 9th, and bought some items and received excellent customer service from Giovani. He helped me find what I was looking for and even carried my purchases to my car.
