Aggravated. I ordered and paid $31.53 for a poster that was 24 x 36. I wanted that exact size for my kid's project. Brought it home to mount and it is actually 23.5 x 31.25. Ridiculous!! No time to get it redone.
Last weekend I went in to have USPS 2 day delivery letter sent. 2 of the wrong people trying to help while the correct person was busy (about half the time). Wound up getting label done backwards and manager tossed it in the bin so I never got to check it (receipt was backwards but I missed that) Imagine the shock and anger when it showed up in my mail. So now I am paying to mail it again
