Went here because I need a document printed on 11x14 paper. They said they can't print anything larger than 8.5x11. I could print that size on a normal computer. They suggested I try UPS or FedEx!
I have always found the employees to be helpful and knowledgeful
Terrible service. Guys standing around the computer chatting vs being on the floor helping customers find what they need. Guy at the register was even worse, wouldn't hand me the bag or my receipt after I paid. I will not return.
Travis was so helpful and nice when I was in a bind printing certificates for my students. He was so patient and helped me when he didn't have to (so close to closing). Carlos was also super kind and helpful. So grateful for this experience at a stressful time of the school year. Thank you staples.... saved the day!
