The progress meter on the website is unhelpful and when I tried to call no one picked up. When I finally just went to the store to hope for the best it took around 8 minutes before I was even greeted. The worker seemed frazzled and the other employee I tried to ask just to look up my order progress “couldn’t”. While I waited I saw why the phones weren’t answered, they just let them ring and ring. If there were other places to pickup prints nearby I would have gone elsewhere.
Travis at printing went above and beyond to help me today when getting some printing done. He helped me resize my images and print to the quality I needed it. He should get a raise! Sincerely, A stressed out maid of honor
Found exactly what I was looking for. Also, it is nice that they take back and recycle old toner.
Walk ins welcome for TSA precheck, but rude and unprofessional help. Go to another location!
