The worse store Very poor customer service. rude and unfriendly associates. poor and cheap quality products. Will never visit them again. Will tell all my friends about the bad experience I had.
Staples service on Kildare Farm Road I have found this store to be fantastic for customer assistance and service. Recently I purchased a product with an upgrade rebate. I found that I had all the required "upgrade" proof except the sales slip. The manager pulled my sale up and printed out another sales slip for me. Now I can send in my rebate.
GREAT I disagree with the previous posts. I am a long-time customer of this store and have nothing but positive comments about the staff. The copy center, in particular, gets alot of my company's business. Super folks and on-time products at reasonable prices. Can't ask for much more.
Very dissappointed with THIS Staples (only this one). I buy my items from many stores (Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc.). A Staples was opened down the street from me (within 1/2 mile) next to Trader Joe's. First impression is an everlasting impression...I walk in my first visit and explain how I saw a promotional advertisement on tv that I wanted to discuss, not ONE person there knew anything about it, so I left in question. Disappointed I'm going to start with the fact that Staples is my all-time favorite retail store (for office supplies, computer accessories and everything). Off all the Staples in a 50 mile radius (I've been to all of them at least once), this is by far the worst. For the most part, the associates are very unfriendly as well as unknowledgeable. They don't even know their own rules. This works against you, because you can't even do the promotions that they openly advertise. They don't even have many of the items in stock that ... read more
