HORRIBLE! I ordered a notary stamp 2/19/19 at the store on Dixie Hwy. Gave them all my information to call me when it comes in. 3-4 week delivery. No call to me so I called the store. No one answers. So I faxed them to call me. They FINALLY CALLED ME 3/15/19. They had NOT placed my order. I was told my order was "Stuck behind papers". OMG! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!!
You should at least show someone 2 proofs of the work before printing all of the labels. I didn't notice it till the second page when I was reading my labels all the way through. Skylar wasn't helpful. She wouldn't print me new ones even thought they should read the proof through also. Skylar only gave me 1/2 off of my labels. Bardstown Rd. store would of let me kept the mistake labels and print me off new labels at no charge. From now on I will either print my labels myself or go to another Staples store.

Wow! I have never seen so much disgrace from one man named Mike! After a simple question from one customer he flipped his wig on her for no reason�. He begin to verbal harass the customer while she was waiting patiently in line for the self serve computer. I hope to goodness she sued his ass for all he is worth!
I called the store ,they gave me to the warranty department.They found my item had the extra warranty, and said the store could pull up the receipt. But I stood there for 15 minutes, finally David said, do you have a problem.I. said,yes I bought 2 kinda ls the first one went bad and replaced it.David said ,he did not have time to look it up,did buy it at Staples ?I showed hi the receipt from the first one.He said Ihad no proof I bought the second one at Staples.
