Horrible customer service in the printing department. The normal printing manager is out until Monday and the customers are really suffering! More training is needed ASAP in the print department when the normal staff is out.
Anthony at this location is a great guy! He went above and beyond to get a job done for me when he was understaffed! He even did it no charge for my inconvenience. I will continue to use this location for all my printing needs. Thanks so much for the great customer service especially here at the holidays.
Horrid customer service from operating supervisor and general manager. August 15th 2017 at 3 p.m. Charged our account then told us "order was scratched" due to technical issues this morning. Will never do another transaction with this Staples, and I advise all you to do the same!
I received superb customer service from EACH employee at the Staples store in Rock Hill tonight. I went in looking for Ticonderoga pencils and they had the #2 pencils on sale for $1.00 but were out of them. They were unable to locate anymore in the store and gave me an unbelievable deal on a larger pack of the same pencils. This is what customer service is all about!
The lady working in printing was very very unhelpful! It was almost as if I was bothing her to give them my business.A smile and customer service can help your business survive ! Super rude so I just walked out and went to Office Depot !!
The store manager went out of his way yesterday to help me. I thought the store opened st 8:30, but they didn't open until 9. I just needed to pick something up from copy and print that was already paid for. Since associates were already there getting ready for the day, he welcomed me in and had someone get my order for me. I was so appreciative not to have to make a trip back there later in the day, since I work in another town. Thank you, Staples, for putting customers first!
In most instances I think they are very good. You could check to see how much ink I purchase along with other items. I was to the store in Rock Hill today and was informed at the register that the 10% off ink card had expired the end of May. Also that they woould be started up again when school supplies were being purchased. How will I know when that is. Thanks for your response. Evelyn Arrington
The store can be a great place to find office supplies and the folks at the Copy Center are fabulous. The Copy Center manager, "Vicki, is a great lady and has helped me so much! Very Helpful, Very nice! The computer specialist there there, "Jonathan" is very knowledgeable and very nice and helped me find the best system I have ever had. Great Guy! However, BEWARE!!. The supervisor there is one of the rudest people I have ever met. His name is Johnny. My experience with him made me an Office Depot customer. RUDE. he called me... read more
