I called local Staples asking for help with an item in their ad. I was told to call Staples and the phone number was on staples.com. Called the number that I had to lookup myself, asking about the item in question. Was told the sale price is only good in store and they must have the item in stock. I was am not able to order from the store. Staples are you trying to send your business to any other retailer besides yourself?
Went to a different Staples location for a chair and it was out of stock. was sent to this location with the chair I wanted being placed on hold and when I arrived I was told that it was full price when I was told it would be the same sales price as previous store. We spoke to a "manager" who told me stores have different prices and laughed at me. yes, I wanted to drive out of my way to be laughed at. the situation was not held the right way and if you want to keep me happy as a customer that's not how you treat them. Bill did my teacher a huge solid tonight. It doesn't look like there have been many similar stories. She's coming back tomorrow....let's see this company go above and beyond to help a local teacher. Our environment is in termoial lets give our youth as many tools as possible to make the world better. You rose above tonight Bill amd staples....is it too much to ask to go beyond?

The copy center is a joke!! The only employee they have that's worth a damn is Faith.. The rest are a joke and have extremely poor customer service skills and need to be retrained or terminated.
When you go online and it says that you have a product then you should have a product in the store. three times the gentleman had to go back in the back come back to me and tell me that you don't have a product very disappointed
I went to Staples South Florida Avenue today seeing somebody in the back section told him I was looking to get a desk right away and they said they'd be back with me I shop for about 20 minutes decided what I wanted couldn't find anybody to wait on me basket X mission to get a sales person he said right away nobody showed up for another 20 minutes so I took my order of paper towels to the register and the girl from the register was outside taking a break so staples lost a $540.00 sale from me today because of lack of service... read more
