dont use any of their services...I just faxed medical documentation from there to a long distance number and it was 95.00 1 sided ...didn't have a choice ...staples wont get anymore of my buisness.
i was there for 10 minutes, if that, waiting for my boyfriend to get a copy of a resume. as i waited, i walked around looking for pens and a notebook, just browsing. a store associate followed me around, making me feel like i was suspicious. then as i checked out a manager LOOKED INTO MY PURSE AS IF I WAS STEALING. i did absolutely nothing to make myself look suspicious.

Why are your online and on-the-shelf prices different? Why do I have to pay $23 in the store for the same $20 online item? Why do I have to pay $3 more to walk to the shelf myself and take the item to the check out stand vs going on line, paying for a one hour pickup where your employee must go to the shelf and take it to the counter for me? I'll go elsewhere next time.
The person in photo and copy section ignored me and asked two people if they needed help that showed up after me. Horrible service!!
