I took my computer in for repair on 2/22/13 & after 2 weeks, hours spent at the store, at least 6 trips back, paying them over $350.00 it still has problems. A true computer nightmare!!! I will be taking it to a real repair shop & taking them to court. Beware!!!!
I sent A client into this store when asked for help the Snarly sales associate gave me misinformation. When I told her "that's not what I asked" and repeated the question she told me "WE do not carry that printer in our store" at which point I told her please return the phone to my client.
