As stated in a previous survey, the customer service I receive each time I go to the Champaign IL stored is far above my expectations. Omar Sharif is the associate who assisted me on 01/21/20. He was able to listen to my concerns and help me figure out what I needed. (even though I had a hard time communicating effectively) common courtesy doesn't cost anything. Oftentimes, people are quick to complain opposed to compliment. So I'll continue to give my business to Staples and recommend family and friends. Jackie Bautista
I saw online that the Champaign store had the computer (1 left) I needed in stock. I went directly to the store with cash in hand and was told that one was being “held” for someone but showed up online because it hasn’t been paid for yet. If you’re going to hold items without payment then you need to figure out a way to update your inventory system. Giant waste of my time and now I’m stuck buying from your competitor.
