I ordered specialty paper so I could have brochures ready for my travels and was guaranteed a Friday delivery. They ended up shipping it UPS ground and now it will be here Monday several days late. After speaking with people at Staples they didn’t offer any solution whatsoever other than to just refuse the shipment and send it back. The people I spoke to the customer service also argued with me stating that it would be here on Friday and said that UPS was wrong. Absolutely horrible non-English-speaking customer service.
