Staples has great prices, especially on back to school prices. The store is always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I do have a BIG problem with this store not having a changing table!!! I had to change my daughter's diaper on the bathroom floor. Thankfully I carry a changing pad but I shouldn't have to change her on the gross floor! I'm so disappointed in Staples.

got the cell phone fixed twice with a "warranty"...now the manager says "sorry the employees that told you that in June and again, in November, no longer work here and there was no warranty after spending $189.00 each time for a new screen with a "liquid" protector in order to get the warranty of the screen that they replaced. They have horrific customer service....do not recommend
Today I ordered a print online and had it printed to the location in Wilmington NC. Once I got there no notification had been sent and the man could not find my order (even though it said I had paid). He had me email him the picture(didn't work). He finally got it pulled up and printed my order. On top of all this he had a line of people. This man went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for all your help. I will be back soon.
I had a wonderful buying experience at Staples today, thanks to Heath, the salesperson for printers. He is extremely knowledgable, very friendly, and accomodating. Thank you, Heath!
