I went to the Staples store on E Victory Dr. I purchased some ink for my printer. I was told I could get a second pack at half price so I did. When it was time to replace my ink, my printer would not except it. I called Staples and was told the item had to be returned within 14 days. Well my printer is for home use and even a business would not use all their ink in 14 days. I was then told to call HP and lie to them and maybe they could help. Shame on Staples. I will take my business elsewhere �
