Well stocked store. Friendly staff.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had an Amazon return for this Staples location, it showed on the app and the store manager could scan the return. But he said he could not fit it in his box, so he refused to do his job and was a jerk about it. Never used this store for anything! I will be reaching out to the district manager Sam Fletcher.
I was a victim of identity theft. The fraud agent at my bank told me to take my desktop to Staples for a clean-up. It only took a day, and the techs were courteous, helpful, and gave me a rundown of what they found in my HP All-In-One desktop. The made the process so very quick and easy.
I've always liked the variety of services provided, from office supplies to passport photos to copying and internet access, and the employees are always helpful and friendly.
Help over the phone was useless.
