I was threatened by another customer that he was going to shoot me in the face. I asked the employees to please call 911 and they refused. they told me to call myself. disgusting!!! the man threatened that he would be waiting outside for me. I called 911. it is unbelievable to me in these times of mass shootings that this store put everyone in harm's way

Excellent svc with Lexi! I came in with an online promo but pricing was lower than the store price. She was able to rectify very quick n easy. No fuss no muss. Service with a smile! And Staples online rebate system is by far a greater convenience than mailing it in! At Wappingers Falls location
Great praise for an outstanding employee (Kathy) at the Wappingers Falls location. She went "above and beyond" in helping me find some USB cords for my son's scientific calculator. Kathy was extremely patient, kind, informative and helpful in my search. She represents customer service at it's finest .... I will continue to shop there and sing the praises of this location of Staples. Fabulous job Kathy ~ give this gal a raise cause she certainly deserves it. Always smiling and helpful ......
I had a bad experience with manager "Karen" today at the store. She does not have any idea how to treat a customer and I will never purchase anything there ever again. I did call the main office and spoke to someone named Kayla. Karen should be at the very least given a stern warning.
