Overhaul management by getting rid of the rude ones that don't care about customers. The GM Eric in particular.
Was in the store 30 minutes looking at copiers. No one offered to help. Cashier and another woman chatting up front. One sales person walked right past me when I said excuse me. Overheard him complaining about his job. The other sales person when asked for help said “I have a mess here” then walked away leaving the mess. I had every intention of buying an all in one printer. Always love to have retail therapy at staples
Needed some last minute business cards. Other companies said they couldn't do them. The employees here stepped up, helped us out and had them done lickety split.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars! I've been waiting 2 months for credit for recycling ink cartridges! Customer service has been no help at all after contacting them several times!
