I was very disappointed in my trip today! It felt like Staples was the new WAL-MART..... Nobody who actually WORKS here knew where anything was! I climbed the shelf myself, to get what I was looking for! Lastly, to add insult to injury, you're no longer offer a teacher's discount!
I had another amazing experience at this location. Not sure of the gentleman's name that helped me print my items but he was amazing. Around 2 or 3 yesterday I was in a rush. Not only was he helpful but he was quick . I cant thank him enough.
In the printing area there is this man that is always in a bad mood and makes you want to run out the door every single time I go there. Not sure what his deal is but hope it changes because customer service brings customers back meaning more money
don't label customers. just because we do not all look the same doesn't mean that i am not entitled to the same customer service given to other customers. spent 15 minutes in store looking for a few items. the same sales associate passed me by at least 4 times but not once asked if i needed any help.
Went in to find some index cards and asked for help, instead of showing me where they were an associate stated they were in the center and towards the back. I walked around about five minutes and did not see them anywhere. Cashier also seemed to not want to be there. Customer service seems to be lacking. Oh well.
I went to buy a touch screen laptop. I was told it could be purchased in Cary the next day. However I could not purchase this or a different laptop in stock. Why order online from staples when I took the time to go into the store. the lack of inventory and the brisk retreat of the salesman made it clear I was only welcome online and should not even try to buy anything in the store from them. it is obvious why amazon is winning.
