Came in to get a few color copies yesterday but because they'd received a "rush order" they couldn't help me. This morning I submitted the print jobs online. Thought that was super cool. Given a ready time of 1 pm. Showed up after work at 5pm only to have the clerk tell me that Whoever hadn't had a chance to run them. Which is OK...stuff happens...but she looked annoyed when I said I couldn't do them myself on the self-serve machines, coz they need to be on cardstock or 11x17.
