Well, I bought a computer windows 8 in Jan. I have had problems with it ever since I turned it on. Just thought I didn't know how windows 8 worked. Finally took it in yesterday and found out I have to pay 69.99 for a diagnostic check. They were to call me last night or today. I finally called them tonight. They said they left a message which I never got. Now I find out I gave a virus and it will cost me another $80.00. I have Norton so why do I feel like im getting ripped off?
