RecommendedBought a refurbished phone from online.. phone works great, but the battery would die within a couple hours! So I heard staples was a good place to go to have it replaced... I went yesterday battery was replaced but had a few bumps with some of my features working. The tech Jessie was able to Diagnose the issue and got my phone working great! Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome! Definitely Recommend!
All the messages posted are very negitive, should I use Staples ?
Waited on hold for almost 15 mins before talking with a sales associate. Also when I have been in this store, it is hard to find an associate to help you. Just all around poor service. I wouldn't be surprised if Staples is a company who will go out of business in the local area.
