I have worked with Nicholette in this location for years for printing needs.SHE IS AWESOME!! Always smiling, friendly, patient, and helpful with suggestions to better my order to have the best results. For this last order due to misunderstanding for both of us the order was not totally what I thought inhad ordered! However she has graciously agreed to make it right. Staples is a great place to shop for all your office needs. Everything is reasonably priced. You can also find little extras as you are shopping through the store.
Had to send a fax, didn't know how. The lady at the printing area was extremely patient with me and helpful! I was getting stressed out and she did it for me when I asked for help I appreciate you and your kindness!!!
I wish we could get Best Buy back in Jefferson City instead of this place. Very poor excuse for an electronics store.
