Placed an order for a desk chair, they never finalized the order.
Ordered online for curbside pick up. Item was out of stock. Said I wouldn’t be charged. But, they took the money from my account. Called the service number and I was told if I reordered for home delivery I would be charged again.
Extreamly pushy staff, went in to buy computer - they continually asked over and over for me to buy add ons- 2 different staff members each asked about 4 times EACH. If I didn’t need the computer today for work- I would have waited and gone elsewhere. No means NO.
