Sale items marked wrong. It took five different sales staff including a manager to figure it out. Plus, it’s sad they Do Not offer discounts for teaching staff. I’ll head over to Office Depot!
website and store hours posted states the store would be open at 9am- the door is locked and when I called the phone message states "we are closed". I already paid for my purchase online and now have no way of receiving it.
Super disappointed with Tiffany in the printing department who was rude over the phone and told me she had other things to do, and had just started her shift so had no idea what had been promised regarding our order. Customer service goes a long way. We won't ever purchase or use these services again.
Best staff stayed late and found my wallet. Easy to work with world class service. Very much recommended
