Wesley (Tech Sales Supervisor) and Sarril (Store Manager) provided the best shopping experience and top rated customer service I have seen in a long time. These two employees went above and beyond my expectations. All the staff in the store were extremely courteous and helpful. Horrible service ! I ordered something online (2) and they only had one but charged me for two! The only answer we got was call 800 nunber Ugh! Will not shop there again
The young man in the printing dept., was trying so hard to help me! The woman with the “hocus pocus” tiara Was the most unhelpful person and as he was trying to figure out the printer, she said “ you gave him a good learning experience” I said yes but I still do not have what I need! She still didn’t help him and we left. WILL NEVER GO BACk!
This place is a good example of why retail stores are shutting down across America: few employees know anything about the products, selection is about what you would find at Walmart (with higher prices!). I don't see any reason why I would ever go back to buy anything.
This store located in Daphne at the corner of 98 and 64 is the friendliest school/office supply store I have ever visited the very knowledgeable very courteous and very speedy what more can you ask for they all have hearts of gold.
