Manager and employees always attentive and helpful without being pushy. One small problem with computer ink years ago. Rectified immediately via email and the next thing I know I a received a free order of ink (without even asking) in the mail. What a surprise that was! I had to return a product I ordered online. I was emailed a prepaid UPS return label and was told go to a UPS store and they would print it for me. I arrived at the UPS store on Beckley and the gentleman told me it would be a $5 charge to print a prepaid UPS return label. SERIOUSLY!? Instead I called Staples. I went to staples, had a very nice person, A J, help me with a printer. He asked me to fill out online survey re my experience. I tried, and I refuse. Some marketing company wants ALL your shopping, family, medical, financial info so they can send you more junk mail and clog up your computer. I thought it would be a survey on shopping experience at staples, not about when and what I have for every meal, who I bank with, my credit card companies and whatever else the hell they were asking about. Asked young lady to help me make a banner. She turned her slow computer toward me and said these are your choices. I struggled a while trying. I have no idea how to create my own. Really wanted help. She was uninterested in doing so. Going to office max now. Extremely disappointed.
Salesperson Gary is GREAT! I love Staples and their products, but the manager needs to GO! I asked him where a sale item was and he just stared at me!
Love their online feature that allows you to pay for the items you need and pick them up in the store. I am really into convenient seamless shopping.
Was ignored while shopping for a printer for my business could have been the full leathers and ponytail though .
This store used to be a good place to shop but have been having nothing but trouble with their gift cards On two occasions ten dollars has somehow disappeared of my gift card and i know i did not use it Last time was when i was getting my internet security from them I had twenty one dollars left on my card and they said there was only eleven dollars on it So looks like i will be shopping at a near by store from now on Its a shame cause we bought everything to do with computers there The other store will love our service thou... read more
