Worst service I've EVER experienced. Ordered something to be printed online before 2 pm and was sent an email saying they would be done by 8:30 pm the same day. Well, 2 DAYS LATER they still aren't done! Staples should change their same day policy if they aren't going to abide by it! Never ordering from them again.

Your store leaves a lot to be desired and I will be contacting corporate. Whoever the guy is working on Sunday August 28th at 11:20am needs some customer service training.
