I e-mailed an order into the print and copy center 9:30 this morning. I went there at 1pm to pick it up. I was told by the manager that they had a question on my order on the quantity. Staples did an awesome job on Sunday of tax free weekend. Had help right away and got exactly what was needed. Unfortunately the hp printer was defective. They replaced it quickly. Impressive service.
Good general customer service but return and service policies need to be reevaluated. New computer with soft ware issues, just work on it guys. Now my computer will not boot. Going to bring it back tomorrow.
